Lamb chops with pistachio crumble

  1. 600 g lamb chops
  2. 30 g roasted, salted pistachios
  3. 30 g Panko (or coarse breadcrumbs)
  4. 2 ts AMC ORIENTAL

1. Remove the chops from the fridge approx. 30 minutes before preparation.

2. Put the pistachios, Panko and AMC ORIENTAL in the Quick Cut and chop.

3. Heat the pan on highest level up to the roasting window and switch to a medium level. Dab the chops dry with paper towel, put in the pan, roast uncovered until the meat can be easily removed from the base.

4. Turn the chops and cover with the lid after approx. 1 minute, remove the pan from the hob and let stand until the desired degree of doneness has been reached.

5. Coat both sides of the chops in pistachio crumble and serve.

Tip

  • The chops are also very good for preparing on the barbecue. In this case, coat the chops in the crumble right after they’ve been grilled.
