Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 20 g fresh yeast
- 1 ts sugar
- 150 ml water, lukewarm
- 4 tbs oil
- 1 ts salt
- flour for handling
Preparation
1. Put the flour in a bowl, make a “well” in the center of the flour and crumble the yeast into it. Add sugar and stir with some water and flour until a pre-ferment forms. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm location for approx. 20 minutes until the mixture has visibly increased in bulk.
2. Add the rest of the water, oil and salt and work everything into a smooth but “not too soft” dough. Cover and let the dough rise again in a warm place for approx. 40 minutes.
3. Knead again, divide the recipe into portions and roll out.
Tip
- One portion of dough is enough to make 4 pizzas or 6 tarte flambée.
