One-Pot-Pasta: Fusilli with tomato sauce

  1. 1 garlic
  2. 1 chilli pepper
  3. 250 g fusilli (spiral pasta)
  4. 400 g chopped tomatoes (canned)
  5. 400 ml vegetable broth strong
  6. 1 bunch basil
  7. 1 tbs olive oil
  8. salt, pepper
  9. 60 g grated parmesan cheese

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Peel and chop the garlic clove. Halve the chilli pepper, remove seeds and cut into strips.

3. Put everything in a pot together with noodles, tomatoes and vegetable stock, mix well and close with Secuquick softline.

4. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at "A", switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 1 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the soft symbol appears.

5. Place Secuquick sofline in the inverted lid and leave it to depressurise by itself.

6. Refine with basil, olive oil, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.

Tip

  • For a nice crust place Navigenio overhead and set at high level. While the Navigenio flashes red/blue, enter approx. 4 minutes in the Audiotherm and bake/gratinate until light brown/brown/crispy
