Ingredients
- 4 beef steaks (each approx. 150 g)
- salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 twigs rosemary
- 2 twigs thyme
Preparation

2. Remove steaks from fridge approx. 30 minutes before starting cooking.
3. Place Arondo Grill on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn until roasting symbol appears.
4. Dap dry meat with a kitchen towel. Press on unpeeled garlic with the back of a knife. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set at level 2.
5. Place steaks in Arondo Grill and roast meat until it can easily be removed from base of pan.
6. Turn, season, spread thyme and rosemary as well as garlic on meat. After approx. 1 minute close with lid and remove Arondo Grill from Navigenio. Let it steep depending on desired level of cooking (see box).
Tip
- Roasting without lid is particulary recommended to create a nice crust.
- Times to steep (according to desired level): approx. 2 minutes for rare approx. 4 minutes for medium approx. 6 minutes for well-done
