Ingredients
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbs lime juice
- 1 tomato
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Peel garlic and onion. Clean the chili pepper, remove the seeds and put everything in the Quick Cut. Halve and pit the avocados.
2. Remove the pulp from the peel, put in the Quick Cut with lime juice and finely chop everything.
3. Clean the tomato, finely dice and fold in. Season with salt and pepper.
Tip
- Guacamole tastes great as a dip with vegetable sticks, nachos or as a spread.
