Ingredients
- 250 g chickpeas
- 1 L water
- 1/2 ts salt
Preparation
1. Soak the chickpeas in plenty of cold water for 8 to 12 hours.
2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Put the chickpeas in the pot, add water and salt. Cover with Secuquick softline and close the lid.
3. Heat the pot on highest level up to the turbo window, switch to a low level and cook the chickpeas for approx. 8 minutes in the turbo area. At the end of cooking time, put the pot in the inverted lid, allow it to depressurize by itself, and remove Secuquick.
4. Pour off any remaining water, serve immediately or use in other ways as you wish.
