Gnocchi alla sorrentina

  1. 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  2. 200 g mozzarella
  3. 750 ml sieved tomatoes (tin)
  4. 400 g gnocchi (store-bought)
  5. salt, pepper
  6. 75 g grated Parmesan
  7. olive oil
  8. 2 stalks basil

1. Clean cocktail tomatoes and quarter them, cut Mozzarella into small cubes.

2. Mix cocktail tomatoes, sieved tomatoes and gnocchi in the pot and season with salt and pepper. Cover with EasyQuick with sealing ring 24 cm. Place the pot on the Navigenio and cook with Navigenio setted on "A" to the steam window for approx. 1 minute steam area.

3. Remove EasyQuick at the end of cooking time, stir in mozzarella cubes and sprinkle Parmesan over gnocchi.

4. Place pot in the inverted lid, place Navigenio overhead and switch to high level, gratinate for approx. 5 minutes.

5. To serve, drizzle a little olive oil over the top and add plucked basil.

Tip

  • For gratinating, the hot pot must not be placed in the inverted EasyQuick, as this could damage the plastic parts and the sealing ring. Please use a normal AMC lid for this purpose.
