Chicken wings in sauce

  1. 1 kg chicken wings
  2. 1 onion
  3. 4 potatoes
  4. salt, pepper
  5. nutmeg
  6. oregano
  7. dried bay leaf
  8. 1 glass white wine
  9. 2 tbs chopped tomatoes or chopped fried tomatoes

1. Rinse chicken wings and pat dry.

2. Peel onion and chop finely in Quick Cut. Peel and quarter the potatoes.

3. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn until the roasting symbol appears.

4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set at level 2 and roast the chicken pieces in portions until they are well browned.

5. Add onions and bay leaf. Season with pepper, nutmeg, oregano and deglaze with white wine. Add potatoes and tomatoes and stir.

6. Close with Secuquick softline. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at "A". Switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 6 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the turbo symbol appears.

7. At the end of cooking time, place the pot in the inverted lid and let Secuquick depressurize by itself.

8. Arrange chicken wings with potatoes and sauce and serve.
