Ingredients
- 4 breaded schnitzel, approx. 125 g each (chicken, pork, veal)
- 5 tbs peanut oil
Preparation
1. Place pot on Navigenio. Heat up to the roasting window on level 4, switch to level 1 and add oil to the pot.
2. Place breaded schnitzel in the pot, press briefly in the oil and turn.
3. Roast until the turning point is reached, turn the schnitzel and roast again until the turning point is reached.
