Beetroot crêpes

  1. 100 g flour
  2. 1/2 ts salt
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 100 ml milk
  5. 120 ml beetroot juice
  6. 50 g butter, melted
  7. 1 tbs butter for roasting

1. Mix all the ingredients into a batter and leave to rest for approx. 30 minutes.

2. Heat the pan on the highest level until the perfect roasting temperature has been reached. Switch to a low level, add butter to the pan and spread.

3. Pour the batter for one crêpe into the pan and spread evenly. As soon as the batter sets, turn and finish roasting.

4. Keep the crêpe warm and roast the next crêpe in the same way.

Tip

  • The crêpes can be combined and enjoyed in a variety of ways. here are a few delicious ideas for every taste: Fill them with goat's cheese, walnuts, cream cheese or rocket and salmon.
