Vegetable flan

  1. 150 g carrots
  2. 150 g floury potatoes
  3. 150 g green beans
  4. 150 g ricotta
  5. 50 g grated parmesan
  6. 1 egg (medium sized)
  7. salt, pepper

1. Peel carrots and potatoes and cut into small cubes. Clean and cut the beans into small pieces and add to the Softiera insert.

2. Pour water (approx. 150 ml) into the pot and place Softiera insert inside it. Place EasyQuick with the 24 cm sealing ring on top.

3. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 8 minutes in the steam area.

4. Remove EasyQuick at the end of the cooking time, take out the Softiera insert and let the vegetables cool down a bit.

5. Chop the vegetables in the Quick Cut and place in a bowl.

6. Add ricotta, parmesan and egg. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything well.

7. Divide the mixture into six ramekins (approx. 50 ml each) and place in the Softiera insert.

8. In addition, add approx. 100 ml of water to the pot and place the Softiera insert with the ramekins inside it. Place the EasyQuick with 24 cm sealing ring on top.

9. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 12 minutes in the steam area.

10. Remove EasyQuick at the end of the cooking time, take out Softiera insert and serve the flan lukewarm.
