Tuna with zucchini

  1. 2 tuna steaks (approx. 200 g each)
  2. 200 g zucchini
  3. 1 tomatoes
  4. 1 untreated lemon
  5. 2 stalks dill
  6. pepper (or AMC Pepper Trio)
  7. dried herbs (or AMC Pure)

1. Remove the tuna steaks from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before you intend to prepare it.

2. Dab the tuna steaks dry with paper towel. Clean and cut the zucchini into thin slices.

3. Heat the pan on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a medium level, place the tuna in the center of the pan and spread the zucchini around the edge.

4. Roast until the turning point is reached. Turn and depending on the desired degree of doneness, briefly let stand uncovered.

5. Also cut the tomatoes and lemon into thin slices. Season the tuna with pepper and dried herbs and garnish with dill. Serve everything together with the zucchini slices.
