Ingredients
- 1 tbs butter
- 150 g chocolate to melt
- 90 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 75 g sugar
- 40 g flour
Preparation
1. Grease the inside of 6 single-use baking tins with the tablespoon of butter and reserve. Place the Sauteuse on the Navigenio and set to position 3. Add the chocolate and butter and melt.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, add the flour and the chocolate butter mixture. Spread the dough into the greased baking tins.
3. Pour a glass of water into the Oval Griddle, place the Oval insert and place the coulants on top. Close the pot with the Oval EasyQuick Lid.
4. Place the pan on Navigenio in position ‘A’, switch on and place the Audiotherm on the Oval EasyQuick Lid and set up to the steam window during 12 minutes.
5. At the end of the cooking time, remove the Oval EasyQucik Lid. Turn off the Navigenio. Remove and switch off the Audiotherm.
Tip
- Pour the hot coulant and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
