Gratinated potatoes

1. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and place in the Softiera insert.

2. Pour approx. 150 ml of water into the pot, place the Softiera insert inside, cover with Secuquick softline and close.

3. Place the pot on the Navigenio and heat on level 6 up to the soft window, switch to level 2 and cook for approx. 2 minutes in the soft area.

4. At the end of the cooking time, place the pot in the inverted lid and let it depressurize by itself. Remove Secuquick, pour remaining water from pot and add potatoes to pot. Season potatoes and mix gently.

5. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes, place Navigenio overhead and switch to high level, gratinate for approx. 4 minutes.
