Ingredients
- 1 L water
- 500 g whole wheat spaghetti
- 1 ts salt
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 g salted macadamia nuts
- 1 bunch basil
- 100 ml olive oil
- 80 g grated Parmesan
- pepper
Preparation
1. Add water to the pot, loosely place the spaghetti in the pot, add salt and close with the Oval EasyQuick. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 9 minutes in the steam area.
2. Peel the garlic and cut into pieces; chop up with the macadamia nuts in the Quick Cut.
3. Successively put the basil leaves with olive oil and Parmesan in the Quick Cut and finely chop. Season to taste with pepper.
4. At the end of cooking time, remove the EasyQuick, stir everything well and fluff it up. Add pesto and mix well.
