Ingredients
- 8 meat balls (beef, approx. 60 g each)
- 3 waxy potatoes
Preparation
1. Prepare the meatballs or remove the ready made meatballs from the fridge approx. 30 minutes before you intend to prepare them.
2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, dry and cut into small cubes.
3. Place the pot on Navigenio and heat on level 6 up to the roasting window, place the meatballs in the pot and divide the potato cubes between them (the Navigenio should be still on level 6).
4. Place the pot in the inverted lid and place the Navigenio overhead, switch to high level and bake for approx. 10 minutes.
Tip
- The meatballs are prepared according to a basic recipe using 500 g of minced beef with a small diced onion, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
