Ingredients
- 300 g grape tomatoes
- 300 g mussels
- 300 g clams
- 750 ml water
- 1 tbs AMC Maritim
- 1 ts salt
- 500 g spaghetti
- 300 g squid rings
- 10 raw peeled jumbo shrimps
- 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
- 1 tbs olive oil
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Clean and cut the grape tomatoes in half. Wash all mussels well, remove the beards and sort out open mussels.
2. Add the water, AMC Maritim and salt to the pot and stir. Loosely add spaghetti and scatter tomato halves on top.
3. Close with the Oval EasyQuick, heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 3 minutes in the steam area.
4. At the end of cooking time, remove the EasyQuick and add the squid rings. Close with the EasyQuick, heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 3 minutes in the steam area.
5. Stir everything well, add shrimps and mussels, heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 3 minutes in the steam area.
6. Remove closed mussels, finely chop the parsley, fold in with the olive oil, and season to taste.
