Ingredients
- 250 g zucchini
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 30 g grated Parmesan
- 1 ts dried oregano
- 1 ts dried thyme
- 1 ts garlic powder
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Clean and halve the zucchini. Then cut each zucchini half lengthwise into approx. 6 strips. Place on the countertop with the cut edges facing up and brush with olive oil.
2. Mix the Parmesan with herbs, garlic, salt and pepper and coat the zucchini strips with this mixture. Cut out a circle of baking paper with the help of Ø 24 cm lid.
3. Place the pot on the Navigenio, switch to “A” and heat up to the roasting window, put the pot in the inverted lid, line with baking paper and place the first batch of zucchini strips inside.
4. Place the Navigenio overhead and switch to low level, bake for approx. 12 minutes.
5. Remove the baked zucchini strips, bake the rest of the zucchini strips in the same way.
