Ingredients
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 500 ml white wine
- 300 ml apple juice
- 75 g sugar
- 50 ml orange liqueur
Preparation
1. Zest the lemon peel. Clean and finely chop the ginger.
2. Put both with wine, juice and sugar in the pot and heat up.
3. Stir in the liqueur, pour into glasses and serve.
