Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small red chili
- 150 g bacon (ideally pancetta)
- 800 ml vegetable broth
- 800 g sieved tomatoes (tin)
- 500 g spaghetti
- 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
- salt
- pepper (or AMC Pepper Trio)
Preparation
1. Peel the onion and garlic, clean the chili and finely chop everything. Cut the bacon into thin strips.
2. Close pot with the Oval EasyQuick, heat the pot on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level, add bacon strips and onion mixture and roast.
3. Add the vegetable broth and pureed tomatoes and thoroughly stir everything. Place the spaghetti loosely in the sauce and close with the Oval EasyQuick.
4. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 13 minutes in the steam area.
5. At the end of cooking time, remove the EasyQuick and thoroughly stir everything. Chop the parsley leaves and stir in. Season to taste with the spices.
Tip
- The cooking time can vary depending on the type of spaghetti.
