Ingredients
- 20 g butter
- 600 g potatoes
- 80 g bacon slices
- oregano
- salt, pepper
- 150 ml water
- 2 slices cheese
- 50 g grated Mozzarella
Preparation
1. Grease the pot with a little butter. Peel potatoes and thinly slice them. Cut bacon slices into small stripes.
2. Place a layer of potato and bacon in the pot, repeat the sequence until all potatoes and bacon stripes are layered. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Finally add the remaining butter and water.
3. Cover with the Secuquick softline and close.
4. Place the pot on the Navigenio and heat on level 6 up to the soft window, switch to level 2 and cook for approx. 6 minutes in the soft area.
5. At the end of the cooking time, depressurize the pot and remove Secuquick.
6. Spread cheese slices and mozzarella. Place the pot in an inverted lid, place Navigenio overhead and switch to the high level, bake for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown.
