Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks parsley
- 350 g chickpea flour
- 1 ts salt
- 500 ml vegetable broth, cold
- 250 g cooked shrimp or prawns
- 1 ts fat, oil or butter
Preparation
1. Peel the onion, remove the parsley leaves from the stems, and finely chop both. Stir with the chickpea flour, salt, and vegetable broth into a thin dough and let rest for approx. one hour.
2. Add the shrimp or prawns and mix together.
3. Heat the pan on highest level up until the perfect temperature for roasting is reached.
4. Switch to a low level, add fat, and spread it around evenly.
5. Add four small portions of batter and roast. As soon as the batter firms up, turn over and roast until done. Continue with the rest of the batter and serve immediately.
