Ingredients
- 125 g flour
- 1/2 ts sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 ts cinnamon
- 3 apples
- 1 ts fat, oil or butter
Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients up to and including the cinnamon into a smooth batter and let rest for 30 minutes.
2. Core the apples and cut into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices. Sprinkle with some flour and coat in the batter.
3. Heat the pan on highest level up until the perfect temperature for roasting is reached.
4. Switch to a low level, add fat and spread it uniformly in the pan.
5. Place the first apple rings in the pan and roast on both sides. Continue with the rest of the apple rings.
Tip
- If you stick wooden skewers in the apple rings after roasting them, you can eat them like a lollipop.
