Ingredients
- 1/2 pineapple
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 30 g shredded coconut
Preparation
1. Cut the pineapple into six strips, sprinkle with powdered sugar and then spear onto skewers lengthwise.
2. Heat the pan on highest level up until the perfect temperature for roasting is reached. Switch to a medium level, put the pineapple in the pan and roast on both sides according to the desired degree of browning.
3. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and serve.
Tip
- Tastes best with a scoop of ice cream.
