Ingredients
- 180 g sugar
- 250 g coconut milk
- 4 eggs
- 4 pandan leaves
Preparation
1. Set aside 3 tablespoons of sugar to be used later.
2. Mix the rest of the sugar with eggs until sugar dissolves and strain the mixture.
3. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6, switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.
4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set at level 2 and add the 3 tablespoons of sugar.
5. Caramelize the sugar until it turns golden brown, then add in the pandan leaves and pour in coconut milk slowly. Stir well and gradually. Add in the strained egg mixture.
6. Stir till thickens with low heat.
Tip
- Do not over cook the sugar as it will become bitter.
- Serve well with Pulut Tai Tai or bread.
