Deep-fried mini pizzas

  1. 1 fresh pizza dough
  2. 1 pear tomato
  3. 1 ball of mozzarella
  4. 1 pinch oregano
  5. 400 ml olive oil

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. With the help of a glass or a round form cut 6 circles of pizza dough.

3. Pour oil into the pot. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn until the roasting symbol appears.

4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set at level 2 and add 3 dough circles to the oil.

5. Turn the circles around and deep-fry on the other side. Prevent burning.

6. Quickly place the circles on absorbent paper. Put the rest of the dough in the HotPan and deep-fry keeping Navigenio on level 4.

7. When the dough is still hot, add a few slices of tomato, a few pieces of mozzarella and oregano. Serve.

Tip

  • You can try making dumplings by adding a little tomato sauce, mozzarella and oregano, sealing them tightly and roasting them like pâtés.
