Spanish lentil stew

  1. 1 small onion
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 1/2 red bell pepper
  4. 1 clove of garlic
  5. 50 g chorizo
  6. 50 g bacon
  7. 300 g lentils
  8. 1 L water
  9. 2 tbs olive oil
  10. salt, pepper
  11. sweet paprika powder

1. Peel the onion, garlic and carrot, clean the bell pepper and finely dice everything. Dice the chorizo and bacon too.

2. Together with the lentils, add everything to the pot. Add water, olive oil and some salt. Cover with Secuquick softline and close.

3. Heat the pot on highest level up to the turbo window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 5 minutes in the turbo area. At the end of cooking time, put the pot in the inverted lid, allow it to depressurize by itself and remove Secuquick.

4. Stir the stew and season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
