Spinach moussaka

  1. 1 onion
  2. 1 clove of garlic
  3. 500 g frozen spinach
  4. 40 ml water
  5. 500 g minced meat (beef)
  6. salt, pepper
  7. 1 knife tip cinnamon
  8. sweet paprika powder
  9. cayenne pepper
  10. 3 eggs
  11. 150 ml milk
  12. 150 g feta
  13. 30 g pine nuts, toasted

1. Peel and finely cut the onion and garlic. Add to the pot with frozen spinach and water.

2. Heat the pot on highest level up to the vegetable window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 10 minutes in the vegetable area.

3. Preheat oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat).

4. Knead the mince meat with spices. Whisk the eggs with milk and season with salt and pepper. Dice feta.

5. Loosely spread the spinach and mince meat around in the Lasagnera.

6. Pour egg mixture over top and sprinkle with feta and pine nuts. Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 40 minutes.
