Pasta and zucchini salad with sheep's cheese dressing

  1. 500 g zucchini
  2. salt, pepper
  3. 250 g penne
  4. 100 g cherry tomatoes
  5. 200 g feta cheese
  6. 75 ml vegetable broth
  7. 3 tbs lemon juice
  8. 3 tbs olive oil
  9. ground spicy “rose” paprika

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Clean zucchini and cut them into sticks about the size of the pasta.

3. Place Arondo Grill on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, switch off stove and roast zucchini for about 3 minutes whilst stirring. Take out of pan and add some salt and pepper.

5. Cook the Penne bite-proof in salt water according to the package information.

6. Halve cherry tomatoes and mix with drained pasta and zucchini in a Lasagnera.

7. Puree the feta with the vegetable broth, lemon juice and olive oil. Season spicy with pepper and paprika, spread over the salad ingredients.
