Ingredients
- 400 g carrots
- 200 g kohlrabi
- 250 g broccoli
- 2 tbs crème fraîche
- salt, pepper
- 100 g feta
- 2 tbs almond slivers, toasted
Preparation
1. Peel the carrots and kohlrabi and cut into sticks. Clean the broccoli and divide into small florets.
2. Add dripping-wet vegetables into the pot. Place the pot on the Navigenio and heat on level 6 up to the vegetable window, switch to level 2, and cook the vegetables for approx. 8 minutes in the vegetable area.
3. Stir in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.
4. Coarsely crumble the feta and spread over top the vegetables.
5. Put the pot in the inverted lid. Place the Navigenio overhead and switch to the high level, gratinate for approx. 5 minutes.
6. Sprinkle almond slivers over the vegetables to serve.
