Pizza rolls with feta

  1. 200 g rectangular pizza dough (well chilled)
  2. 50 g cream cheese with herbs
  3. 100 g feta
  4. herbs (fresh or dried)

1. Brush the herb cream cheese on the pizza dough.

2. Finely crumble the feta and spread over top. Spread herbs on top too.

3. Cut dough into approx. 2 cm strips and roll up. Press the rolls flat a little.

4. Cut out a circle of baking paper with the help of a 24 cm lid.

5. Place the pot on the Navigenio and heat on level 6 up to the roasting window, put the pot in the inverted lid, line the pot with the baking paper and place the first batch of pizza rolls inside.

6. Place the Navigenio overhead and switch to low level, bake for approx. 10 minutes.

7. Remove the pizza rolls, place the pot on the Navigenio, remove the baking paper, cover with the lid and switch to level 6. Heat the pot for approx. 1 minute.

8. Put the pot in the inverted lid, line the pot with the baking paper again and bake the rest of the pizza rolls in the same way. Let the pizza rolls cool a little. Best served warm.
