Ingredients
- 2 stalks dill
- 2 onions
- 100 ml white wine dry
- 50 ml white wine vinegar
- 50 ml sunflower oil
- 1 ts peppercorns
- 5 juniper berries
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts sugar
- 4 whitefish fillets, skin removed (approx. 80 g each)
Preparation
1. Finely chop the dill. Peel the onions and cut into fine slices. Mix all the ingredients up to and including the sugar.
2. Place the whitefish fillets in a freezer bag, spread the onions and marinade over top. Seal the bag so that there is as little air as possible inside. Marinate in the fridge for approx. 2 hours.
3. Remove the whitefish fillets, put the marinade in the pot. Heat the pot on the highest level up to the vegetable window, switch off the hob, and add the whitefish fillets. Swirl around the pot a little so that all fillets are covered with the marinade.
4. Close with the lid and cook the whitefish fillets for approx. 5 minutes.
Tip
- Serve the marinated fillets with some marinade on a fresh salad or with freshly toasted bread and some butter.
