Mango dessert

  1. 50 g sago and tapioca pearls
  2. 250 ml coconut milk
  3. 200 ml water
  4. 1 mango
  5. 25 g brown sugar

1. Mix sago or tapioca pearls with 150 ml coconut milk and the water in the Softiera bowl. Pour 150 ml of water into the pot, place the Softiera bowl in it and close with EasyQuick with the 20 cm sealing ring.

2. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 10 minutes in the steam area.

3. Remove pot from the hob, thoroughly stir the coconut pudding, cover again with the EasyQuick and let rest for approx. 5 minutes.

4. Peel the mango and cut out the pit, finely dice half of the fruit pulp. Finely puree the rest of the pulp with the rest of the coconut milk and the brown sugar.

5. Distribute the coconut pudding in the serving glasses, top with the mango cream and top off with the diced mango. Let cool well in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
