Deep-fried artichokes

  1. 200 g flour
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 4 artichokes
  4. 300 g grated parmesan cheese
  5. mint leaves
  6. water
  7. salt
  8. deep-frying oil

1. Thoroughly mix the flour, eggs, salt, water and parmesan in a Combi Bowl.

2. Wash the artichokes and slice them, then coat the slices in batter.

3. Pour the oil into the HotPan. Close HotPan with the lid, place it on Navigenio and set it to level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set Navigenio to level 4 and pour the artichoke slices into the oil. Close with the lid and set Navigenio to level 3.

5. Fit Audiotherm to Visiotherm and turn again until the roasting symbol appears. As soon as the turning point at 90 °C has been reached, turn the artichokes, switch off Navigenio and finish Deep-frying.

6. Garnish the artichokes with mint leaves and serve.

Tip

  • Fried artichokes should be eaten hot. In addition, do not keep artichokes for long as they develop toxic molecules over time.
