Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 200 g celeriac
- 600 g floury potatoes
- 2 onions
- 150 g leek
- 400 g brown lentils
- 2 L vegetable broth
- 300 g smoked rib
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
- salt, pepper
- fruit vinegar
Preparation
1. Peel and dice the carrots, celery and potatoes. Peel and mince the onions. Clean the leek and slice it into thin rings.
2. Put everything into the pot along with the lentils, broth and ribs; add the bay leaves.
3. Heat the pot on highest level up to the turbo window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 12 minutes in the turbo area.
4. In the meantime, remove the parsley leaves from the stems and chop finely.
5. Depressurize the pot and remove Secuquick. Then remove bay leaves and the ribs from the pot and cut ribs into bite-sized pieces, return them back into the stew.
6. Season stew with salt, pepper and vinegar and serve with chopped parsley.
