Ingredients
- 250 g carrots
- 100 g sweet potatoes
- 100 g potatoes
- 50 g cauliflower florets
- 50 g white cabbage
- 1 clove
- 2 slices onion
- 50 g sugar peas
- 40 g beetroot
Preparation
1. Peel the carrots and slice them. Peel potato and sweet potato and cut them into cubes.
2. Place all the vegetables dripping wet in the pot. Heat the pot on highest level up to the vegetable window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 5 minutes in the vegetable area.
3. Switch off the hob and allow it rest for approx. 10 minutes.
4. Open the lid and serve vegetables.
