Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- AMC Intenso
- 1 glass meat broth (same volume as rice)
- 250 g rice
- 10 raw green beans
- saffron
- 2 tbs olive oil
Preparation
For the chicken:
1. Marinade the chicken thighs with AMC Intenso.
2. Place Oval Grill on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.
3. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, place the chicken thighs in the Oval Grill, close with the lid and roast until the turning point at 90 ºC is reached using the Audiotherm.
4. Turn the thighs, close with the lid. Set Navigenio at "A", switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 15 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the vegetable symbol appears.
5. At the end of cooking time, switch off Navigenio and remove the meat from the bones.
For the rice
6. Add the chicken together with the broth to the HotPan and place it on Navigenio. Set Navigenio at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.
7. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, open and add the chopped beans, the rice and the saffron.
8. Set Navigenio at "A", switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 10-15 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the vegetable symbol appears.
9. At the end of cooking time, let it rest for 15 minutes covered with the lid. Switch off Navigenio.
10. Open, add a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well.
