Ingredients
- 8 large mushrooms
- 100 g smoked bacon
- 1/4 bunch chives
- 75 g sour cream
- 50 g grated cheese
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Clean the mushrooms, wipe them with a brush or cloth, twist out the stalk and remove the plates with a small spoon.
2. Finely cut the bacon and chives. Mix with sour cream and cheese and season with salt and pepper. Spread the filling into the mushrooms.
3. Place the pot on the Navigenio and heat on level 6 up to the roasting window. Place the mushrooms in the pot and then place the pot in the inverted lid.
4. Place the Navigenio overhead and switch to high level, bake for approx. 4 minutes.
Tip
- For a vegetarian version, simply omit the bacon and use the cleaned and finely chopped mushroom stalks.
