Sandwich with grilled vegetables

  1. 1 zucchini
  2. 70 g mushrooms
  3. 1 stalk sage
  4. 1 tbs olive oil
  5. 2 pinches salt
  6. 150 g cream cheese
  7. 1 tbs coarse-grained mustard
  8. 1 ts honey
  9. 2 ts white balsamic vinegar
  10. 8 small salad leaves
  11. 25 g cress mix
  12. 8 slices bread
  13. 100 g pastrami or bresaola

1. Clean the zucchini and mushrooms. Cut them into 1 cm thick slices and place them in a bowl.

2. Cut the sage leaves into fine strips and mix them with olive oil, salt and the vegetables. Let them sit for approx. 20 minutes.

3. Heat the pot on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level and place the vegetables inside. Roast uncovered, turning them occasionally, until they are nicely brown.

4. Let the vegetables cool on a plate

5. Mix cream cheese with mustard, honey and vinegar.

6. Spread the slices of bread with the cream cheese mixture and top with the remaining ingredients.

Tip
