Fried bananas with chili crunch

  1. 2 bananas
  2. 50 g Shortbread
  3. 30 g dried mango
  4. 30 g butter
  5. 80 g oat flakes
  6. 30 g sliced almonds
  7. 30 g brown sugar
  8. 2 ts AMC Golden Punch
  9. 400 g greek yogurt

1. Peel the bananas and cut in half lengthwise. Cut the shortbread into small pieces. Finely cut the dried mango.

2. Add the butter to pan and heat up on highest level. As soon as the butter starts to get frothy, switch to a low level and distribute the butter around the pan. Place the banana halves in the pan with the cut side facing down and roast until golden yellow.

3. Turn the bananas and roast the other side too. Remove the bananas and keep warm.

4. Add oats and almonds to the pan and brown while stirring. Add sugar over top and roast until it starts to caramelize. Sprinkle AMC Golden Punch over top and stir in well. Stir in the shortbread pieces, remove from the pan and briefly let cool.

5. Plate the fried bananas with yogurt and chili crunch and serve immediately.
