Ingredients
- 500 g floury potatoes
- 500 g Swiss chard
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 3 tbs olive oil
Preparation
1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Clean the Swiss chard, cut the stems in narrow strips, chop the leaves.
2. Put the potatoes and chard stalks dripping wet in the small pot, heat the pot on highest level up to the vegetable window, switch to a low level, and cook for approx. 20 minutes in the vegetable area.
3. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic and put into the large pot. Heat up the pot on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level and fold into the dripping wet Swiss chard.
4. Heat the pot on highest level up to the vegetable window and cook for approx. 5 minutes in the vegetable area.
5. Add the cooked potatoes and vegetables to the large pot and mix thoroughly. The potatoes can crumble a little. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice, sprinkle with olive oil and serve.
