Ingredients
- 300 g potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 pickles
- 3 slices cooked ham
- 3 stalks parsley
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbs cream
- 4 tbs milk
- salt, pepper
- 1 tbs oil
Preparation
1. Peel potatoes and onion and cut into 0.5 cm cubes. Finely dice the pickles and cooked ham too. Finely chop the parsley and stir everything together.
2. Whisk the eggs, cream and milk and season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat the pan on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level, add oil, add vegetables and spread around, pour egg mixture on top.
4. Cover with the lid and let the omelet cook for approx. 20 minutes on a low level.
5. Remove the pan from the hob, remove the lid and let the omelet stand for approx. 5 minutes before serving.
