Ingredients
Dressing:
- 2 tbs white wine vinegar
- 2 tbs sunflower oil
- pepper
- 1 tbs whole-grain mustard
- 50 ml meat broth
Salad:
- 2 red onions
- 1 bunch radishes
- 4 pickles
- 600 g pork sausage (bologna sausage or meat loaf)
- 200 g cheese (e.g. Gruyère or Emmental)
Preparation
Dressing:
1. Stir the vinegar, oil, pepper, mustard and meat broth.
Salad:
2. Peel the onions and cut into rings, clean the radishes and cut into fine rings, dice the pickles. If necessary, remove the pork sausage skin and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut cheese into sticks.
3. Mix all ingredients with the dressing and let marinate for at least 2 hours. Season to taste again before serving.
