Ingredients
Dressing:
- 2 tbs white wine vinegar
- 2 tbs sunflower oil
- pepper
- 1 tbs mustard
- 50 ml meat broth
Salad:
- 2 red onions
- 1 bunch radishes
- 4 pickles
- 600 g meat sausage
- 200 g cheese
Preparation

2. Vigorously stir vinegar, oil, pepper, mustard and broth.
Salad:
3. Peel and cut onions into rings, clean radishes and cut into thin slices, dice pickles. If necessary, skin the sausage and cut it into bite-size pieces. Cut the cheese into sticks.
4. Mix all ingredients with the dressing and let it steep for at least 2 hours. Season again before serving.
