Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1 L water
- 4 artichokes (approx. 175 g each)
- 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 80 g breadcrumbs
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 egg
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Squeeze out the juice of the lemon and pour into a bowl with the water.
2. Cut off the artichoke stems and peel.
3. Cut off the top half of the artichokes, remove the hard outer petals and the choke from the middle.
4. Add the artichokes and the stems to the lemon water. Peel the clove of garlic, finely chop together with parsley and the artichoke stems.
5. Stir in the breadcrumbs, olive oil and egg, season with salt and pepper. Drain the artichokes and fill with the mixture.
6. Pour 150 ml water into the pot, put the artichokes in the Softiera insert, place the Softiera insert inside the pot. Close with the EasyQuick with the 24 cm sealing ring.
7. Place the pot on the Navigenio, heat on level 6 up to the steam window, switch to level 2 and cook for approx. 15 minutes in the steam area.
8. Place the pot on a heat-resistant surface, place the Navigenio overhead, switch to high level, gratinate for approx. 3 minutes.
