For 6 jars (à ca. 125 ml)
- 2 mangos
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 red chilli
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 ginger root
- 1/2 bunch coriander
- 1 lime
- 2 ts salt
- pepper
- 250 g preserving sugar (2:1)
- 2 tbs olive oil
Preparation
1. Overview of ingredients.
2. Peel the mangos, cut the fruit (approx. 500 g in total) from the stone, chop finely in the Quick Cut and put into the pot.
3. Clean the bell peppers and chilli, peel the onion, garlic and ginger and chop them finely.
4. Cut the coriander leaves finely, squeeze the lime juice, stir both with salt, pepper, jam sugar and olive oil into the fruit mixture.
5. Close with EasyQuick with sealing ring 20 cm. Place pot on Navigenio and set it on "A". Switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 5 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn until the steam symbol appears.
6. At the end of the cooking time, immediately pour the chutney into well-cleaned glasses and close. Turn the screw glasses upside down for about 10 minutes. Turn the glasses over again and let them cool completely.
Tip
- The chutney tastes very good with short roasted meat and fish.
