Fusilli with salsiccia, asparagus and peas

  1. 30 g carrot
  2. 1 shallot
  3. 100 g green asparagus
  4. 100 g salsiccia/farmers' sausage
  5. 100 g beef/pork mince
  6. 50 ml white wine dried
  7. 200 g spiral noodles (fusilli)
  8. 350 ml strong vegetable broth
  9. 100 g peas, frozen
  10. 60 g grated parmesan cheese
  11. 1 tbs olive oil
  12. salt, pepper

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Peel carrot and shallot, chop finely in Quick Cut. Cut the asparagus into long strips. Chop the salsiccia.

3. Put the chopped shallot and carrot in a pot, place on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, add salsiccia and minced meat and roast. Deglaze with white wine. Stir in the noodles, broth, peas and half of the asparagus. Close with Secuquick softline.

5. Set Navigenio at "A", switch on Audiotherm, enter program "P" (= 20 seconds) in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the soft symbol appears.

6. After the cooking time has elapsed, place Secuquick into the inverted lid and leave it to depressurise by itself.

7. Remove the Secuquick and add the remaining asparagus, parmesan and olive oil and season to taste.
