Flatbread with chia seeds

  1. 500 g flour
  2. 1 package dry yeast
  3. 1/2 ts sugar
  4. 1 ts salt
  5. 150 ml lukewarm milk
  6. 2 tbs oil
  7. 150 g yoghurt
  8. 1 egg
  9. 2 tbs chia seeds

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Mix flour with yeast, sugar and salt. Press in a depression. Add milk, oil, yoghurt and egg. Add the chia seeds and mix to a smooth dough.

3. Cover and leave it to rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes.

4. Knead the dough again, divide into 6 portions and roll out round with approx. Ø 20 cm.

5. Place HotPan on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm and turn until the roasting symbol appears.

6. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set at level 2, put in the first dough and put on the lid. Bake the first side for approx. 1 minute. Turn the flatbread over and roast for approx. 1 minute.

7. Bake the rest of the flatbread the same way. The baking time increases to about 1 ½ minutes per page after the second baking, if the browning is not sufficient, set Navigenio at a higher level.

Tip

  • Serve with a delicious light dip or tzatziki.
