Ingredients
- 30 g leek
- 60 g carrots
- 300 g long grain rice
- 600 ml vegetable broth
Preparation
1. Clean the leek and cut into fine strips, peel and finely dice the carrots. Stir with rice and vegetable broth in the pot.
2. Close with the EasyQuick with the sealing ring 20 cm. Heat the pot on the highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 12 minutes (or following the instructions on the package) in the steam area.
3. At the end of cooking time, remove the EasyQuick and serve the rice.
