Ingredients
- 100 g waxy potatoes
- 100 g green beans
- 200 ml water
- sea salt
- 350 g Trofie (fresh Italian pasta, from the cooling shelf)
- 200 g basil pesto (homemade or ready-made)
- 30 g grated parmesan
Preparation
1. Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes (approx. 1.5 cm). Clean the beans and cut into pieces of equal length. Add both to the Softiera insert.
2. Pour approx. 150 ml of water into the pot, place Softiera insert with beans and potatoes in it and close with EasyQuick with sealing ring 24 cm.
3. Switch the Navigenio to “A”, cook for approx. 6 minutes in the steam program.
4. Remove EasyQuick, take out Softiera insert with the vegetables. Add water, a little sea salt and trofie to the pot, add steamed vegetables and mix everything.
5. Put EasyQuick back on, cook for another 2 minutes in the steam program.
6. Remove EasyQuick at the end of the cooking time. Remove Softiera insert from the pot, pour remaining water from the pot and add Trofie and vegetables to the pot. Mix with pesto and parmesan and serve immediately.
Tip
- Depending on the manufacturer, the trofie may vary slightly, so it may be necessary to stir in a little more water to serve.
